CEIPAL- ATS is a fantastic ATS. It is very easy to use, requiring minimal training for new users and is one of the most easily configurable Applicant Tracking Systems I have seen/used. Unlike other systems, the API can be used for any integrations at no cost. Additionally, you can configure triggers, email templates, new workflows, statuses etc. easily on the fly. The only piece I would like to have but, the searching capability, Job posting, on boarding Bulk mailing, integration ability, ease of use and candidate record keeping are fantastic. I recommend it for companies who are on the staffing side, corporate or a mix of both.
